Job descriptionEnsure all property development in the estate follow approved building plans Ensure revenue and charges payable by new property developers are charged Ensure compliance with approved drawing and sanction infractions Ensure waste generated by property development is completely evacuated from the estate before clearance is given to the property owner Deploy a team of gardeners and cleaners to keep the estate trimmed and clean always Ensure tools and machinery for gardeners and cleaners are efficiently maintained Maintain a clean environment for the estate Ensure plants do not pose any risk or hazard to anyone. Middle management cadre staff with relevant university degree preferably with urban and regional planning work experience. Good knowledge and interpretation of survey plans and architectural drawings. Versatile knowledge of building regulations in Lagos State, and strict enforcement of building regulations. At least 3 years of experience
