Estate Development Officer

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position for a prestigious estate on the Lekki-Epe expressway

• Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all property development in the estate follow approved building plans
• Ensure revenue and charges payable by new property developers are charged
  
• Ensure compliance with approved drawing and sanction infractions
  
• Ensure waste generated by property development is completely evacuated from the estate before clearance is given to the property owner
  
• Deploy a team of gardeners and cleaners to keep the estate trimmed and clean always
  
• Ensure tools and machinery for gardeners and cleaners are efficiently maintained
  
• Maintain a clean environment for the estate
  
• Ensure plants do not pose any risk or hazard to anyone.

Requirements:

• Middle management cadre staff with relevant university degree preferably with urban and regional planning work experience.
• Good knowledge and interpretation of survey plans and architectural drawings.
• Versatile knowledge of building regulations in Lagos State, and strict enforcement of building regulations.
• At least 3 years of experience
