Responsibilities :
Be familiar with all oil and gas registrations including DPR, NAPIMS, etcDevelop marketing strategies for registrations with IOCsBe familiar with NCDMB regulations and registration requirements.Be familiar with and / or willing to learn about the registration requirements of the major oil and gas companies in Nigeria.Design, create and execute the marketing strategy to drive awareness in the Oil & Gas industry, across upstream, midstream, and downstream segments.Maintain competitive awareness and develop strategies for competitive differentiation amongst the categories of clients.Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.Identify prospects and develop strategies to penetrate and get new clients.Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.Monitor company performance against agreed business targets.Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence.Ensuring the company’s growth objectives are attained; articulating new business development opportunities and identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals.Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate and get new accounts.Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence.Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration strategies, and plans for enhancing business growth.Monitor company performance against agreed business targets.Assist in the preparation of bids / proposals.Develop and implement a training and development program for team members.Mentoring team members for improved performance individually and corporately.Ensure timely management of the performance of all team membersSupervise and actively participate in the bidding process.Represent the company in stakeholder and client meetings with the sole goal of winning business opportunities.Requirements :
Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.At least 2 years of working experience in Business related to the oil and gas industryMust be hardworking, committed, and very knowledgeableMust be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently under supervision.Must have experience in closing bids and engaging high-network individuals in the oil and gas sector.Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good with IT, most importantly spreadsheetsAbility to analyze sales figures and write reportsProject management skills.Remuneration : NGN 100,000
