The Front Desk Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others :
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, deliveries, etc.).
Provide accurate information to visitors and clients regarding company services.
Manage meeting room bookings and assist in organizing meetings.
Maintain office records, staff attendance registers, and visitor logs.
Support administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Assist HR or Admin in coordinating office logistics (stationery, supplies, etc.).
Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures for guests and staff
REQUIREMENTS
Management-related background with a 2 : 1 or first class from a top-tier university
A second degree or professional qualification is a plus
Minimum 3 years Front Desk Management Experience.
Excellent business writing and presentation skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong networking ability
