Job description

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the full lifecycle of our web applications , from concept and design through to deployment and maintenance. In this role you will take ownership of end?to?end feature development, deliver front?end and back?end components, work closely with product & design teams, and help drive our architecture and best practices forward.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop and deploy full?stack web applications.

Build clean, efficient, maintainable and reusable code for both the frontend and backend.

Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features.

Develop responsive and user?friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and ensure excellent UX across devices.

Build and maintain server?side logic, APIs (RESTful / GraphQL), database schemas and integrations with third?party services.

Manage, optimise and maintain databases (relational and / or non?relational), ensuring high performance, security and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, automated testing (unit, integration, end?to?end), continuous integration / deployment (CI / CD) pipelines, performance monitoring and debugging.

Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks and best practices; propose improvements and technical innovations.

Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the applications and infrastructure.

Provide technical documentation, mentor and assist other team members, contribute to team?culture and engineering practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Minimum of 2?3 years of professional full?stack development experience (frontend + backend).

Strong proficiency with front?end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular).

Strong back?end development experience in a language like Node.js (Express), Python (Django / Flask), Ruby on Rails or similar.

Experience designing and working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.), writing efficient queries, schema design.

Experience building and consuming APIs (RESTful and / or GraphQL).

Familiarity with version control (Git), deployment processes, CI / CD tools and environments.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and performance / security considerations.

Problem?solving mindset, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills in English, capable of working in a cross?functional environment.
