About the Role :
The Lead - HR (Projects) will be responsible for driving end-to-end human resources strategy and operations for project and plant locations in alignment with organizational goals. This role entails partnering with business and project leadership to ensure optimal manpower planning, seamless talent acquisition, effective performance management, and a high-engagement work environment. The incumbent will also oversee HR operational excellence, compliance, and administrative functions to support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Workforce & Talent Management :
- Lead manpower planning, forecasting, and consolidation of staffing requirements for project functions.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring timely onboarding aligned with project schedules.
- Implement and monitor the Contribution Management System (CMS) to track performance, identify development needs, and execute improvement plans.
2. Learning & Development :
Collaborate with the HRSS Talent Management Team to design and implement technical and functional training programs for project / plant teams.Foster a learning-driven culture through capability enhancement initiatives aligned with business goals.3. Employee Relations & Engagement :
Act as a key liaison between management and employees to ensure strong workplace relationships and morale.Coordinate employee engagement, team building, and wellness programs to drive motivation and retention.Provide guidance on HR operations, including leave, compensation, benefits, and HR letters.4. HR Policy, Administration & Compliance :
Partner with HRSS and Corporate Liaison teams to ensure policy implementation, adherence to local labor laws, and compliance management.Liaise with the Admin team to ensure effective facilities management, accommodation, transport, food, and hygiene standards at project / plant locations.Support immigration processes and visa coordination in collaboration with HRSS operations.5. Performance Management & Culture Building :
Implement the Performance Management System (PMS) to foster a performance-driven culture.Work with team leaders to establish clear performance goals, review mechanisms, and recognition frameworks.Key Competencies : Functional Skills :

Education : MBA in Human Resources / MSW / PGDHR from a recognized institute (IIMs or equivalent preferred).Experience : 18-22 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success across the employee life cycle.Proven exposure to Greenfield Projects and Plant HR / Administration is essential.Certifications (Preferred) : SPHR, SHRM-CP, CHRMP, or equivalent globally recognized HR certifications.Ideal Candidate Profile :
