As the HR Director, you will oversee talent strategy, people operations, leadership development, performance management, and culture transformation. You will oversee global HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.You will standardize processes across countries while ensuring local labor law compliance.You will drive operational excellence through people analytics and data-driven decision-making.Hiring & Talent Acquisition
You will oversee talent acquisition strategy while partnering with internal recruiters and external partners.You will ensure quality, speed, and experience across all hiring pipelines.You will define hiring standards for leadership and key roles.Performance & Employee Experience
You will implement a world-class performance management system.You will build engagement frameworks, pulse surveys, and feedback loops.You will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with excellence.Executive Partnership & Advisory
You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.You will partner with leadership on organizational changes, culture decisions, and strategic priorities.You will provide counsel on people risks, succession risks, and leadership challenges.What Success Looks Like…

7–10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.Experience managing global or distributed teams.Strong strategic and operational HR capability.Background in startups, consulting, or high-growth organizations.Deep experience with talent strategy, performance management, and organizational design.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to build processes, policies, and systems from scratch.High emotional intelligence and a coaching-oriented leadership style.Challenges You May Face…
