Position : Overseas Sales Manager

Job Description
- Develop and implement national operational plans, ensuring the achievement of annual performance targets.
- Establish KPIs for local team members, define their job responsibilities, and break down objectives.
- Regularly gather market information and maintain tracking and analysis of competitors' products and markets.
- Develop and execute local BTL promotion plans, GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, and other initiatives.
- Set up the local channel framework, formulate monthly sales target achievement plans, and increase brand share in Institutional Retail (IR), Open Retail (OR), and online channels.
- Manage the development, maintenance, and special zone construction of controllable local sales points, and create store incentive policies.
Requirements
No specific major required; fluency in English is essential.More than 5 years of experience in the electronics or FMCG industry; candidates with independent operational experience, entrepreneurial background, or overseas work experience will be given priority.Ability to endure hardships, withstand pressure, commit to long-term overseas development, and possess a stable family situation.Reason for Opening : The business is expanding rapidly, necessitating the urgent recruitment of sales personnel.
