Job Description :
- Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
- Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
- Organizing daily work at shop floor.
- Working on CLF Injection Moulding System of various types of tonnage capacity like TX 750T,400T,230T,120T 285T,225T, Kabra Blown Film Extrusion, Stretch Film Extrusion.
- Handling DG Like CATERPILLER 810 KVA, GSW 450 KVA, PERKINS 500 KVA.
- Work in hot runner& multi cavity mould& IMC mould.
- SPP and SPC monitoring and monthly analysis.
- Dimension analysis.
- OEE.
- SPP&SQC system.
- Process Parameter setting, Troubleshooting, M / C maintenance& Maintain 5S at shop floor.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be Experience in Production planning Operation
