Responsibilities :
Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filesAssisting with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsManaging employee records, including personnel files and payroll informationProviding support to employees regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, policies, and proceduresAssisting with the planning and execution of company events and activitiesPreparing reports and presentations as requiredCoordinating with other departments and teams to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficientlyProviding general office management and maintenance support as required.Requirements :
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR / Admin roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPositive attitude and the ability to work well under pressureHR-related degree or Higher diploma is a must
