Job Summary

We’re hiring a highly organized and professional individual for the role of Admin / HR who will be responsible for managing employee records, handling HR tasks, and providing administrative support to the management team.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Managing employee records, including personnel files and payroll information
  • Providing support to employees regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of company events and activities
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required
  • Coordinating with other departments and teams to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently
  • Providing general office management and maintenance support as required.
  • Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR / Admin role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • HR-related degree or Higher diploma is a must
