Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for Management's useManage policies around quality control functions, the receipt of items and ensure that products are long dated, arrive in good condition, are stored well and are of safe pharmaceutical natureConduct training programs on pharmaceutical products, training other staff within the organization about drug handling, safety, quality assurance and processes that may better the pharmaceutical functions of the organization.Liaise with the sales team in managing relationship and communication to key clients on behalf of the organization in order to promote customer loyalty and organizational growth.Maintain records of all controlled drugs sold on the premisesManage policies, guidelines and regulations about the labelling and proper storage of pharmaceutical productsConduct and participate in market research for new product additions to warehouse inventoryParticipate in any other technical, management or business function as required within the team to ensure the success of the organization.Conduct periodic inventory spot checkAny other duties as may be assigned by management from time to timeQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution.Valid pharmacist licenseMinimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy, hospital setting or pharmaceutical company.Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, Sales, inventory management, and regulatory requirementsProficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
