Salary Range : ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 monthly (plus performance-based incentives)

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Medical Sales Executives for a leading healthcare technology company operating across major regions in Nigeria. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in medical equipment, medical diagnostics, or medical laboratory solutions, and with solid sales experience within the healthcare sector..

This role suits professionals with 2 – 4 years of proven experience in medical equipment, diagnostics and a strong passion for advancing healthcare delivery in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.

Establish and manage lasting relationships with key healthcare decision-makers.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand territory reach.

Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Provide outstanding after-sales support and follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales metrics using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, or related disciplines.

Solid knowledge of medical equipment or diagnostics and prior sales experience in the Nigerian healthcare sector.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Ability to travel and work independently.

Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated.
