Job descriptionThe Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is a 4-month (July - October) program designed to connect early-career African women with experienced mentors. This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment. Program Structure includesone-on-one mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions, and an opportunity to work on a Capstone Project. Exclusive 1-Month Bootcamp : Kickstart your journey with an intensive training experience focused on : Building confidence and personal branding. Real-world strategies to thrive in your field. Must be a National of any African country Must have at least an undergraduate degree Have 0-3 years working experience Must be between 18 - 29 years. Willingness to commit at least 5- 6 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities. Access to internet connection and preferably a laptop. Must be resident in an African country.
