The Role

The Social Media and Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns and affiliate marketing programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital advertising and a solid understanding of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaigns and a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Social Media :

  • Develop and implement social media advertising strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

2. Affiliate Marketing :

  • Manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize programs.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, including incentives and special offers, to drive affiliate engagement and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate agreements and industry regulations.
  • 3. Reporting and Analysis :

  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media and affiliate advertising campaigns.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions, refine strategies, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Ideal Profile

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media advertising and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media ad campaigns and affiliate programs.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and affiliate marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Compensation :

    Base Pay plus commission

    We offer a base pay of NGN 150,000 to 200,000 per month, plus unlimited commissions based on performance. Average earners make approximately NGN 300,000 per month in commissions, and top earners make over NGN 1,000,000 per month in commissions.
