Job description
Job Title : Business Development ManagerResponsibilities :
Create a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales target.
Identify new markets for brand building of the lotto games and analyse agents’ feedback and market data.
Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of the company product, solutions, and services.
Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationship with potential agents.
Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head
Advise agents with respect to new products and existing products improvement.
Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales target and business growth are met.
Cold call as appropriate within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Retain existing agents by maintaining contacts and keeping the communication gap open.
Consistently track sales tools to monitor team sales and ensure achievement of set target.
Any other assigned task. Job Requirements :
First Degree / HND in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferably in the Lotto or Sports Betting industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proven negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
