Job Title : Business Development ManagerResponsibilities :

  • Create a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales target.
  • Identify new markets for brand building of the lotto games and analyse agents’ feedback and market data.
  • Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of the company product, solutions, and services.
  • Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationship with potential agents.
  • Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head
  • Advise agents with respect to new products and existing products improvement.
  • Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales target and business growth are met.
  • Cold call as appropriate within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Retain existing agents by maintaining contacts and keeping the communication gap open.
  • Consistently track sales tools to monitor team sales and ensure achievement of set target.
  • Any other assigned task. Job Requirements :
  • First Degree / HND in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferably in the Lotto or Sports Betting industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
