Job descriptionAssist in managing client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are met Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PR, Sales, Content) to execute client strategies Communicate with clients via email and Zoom to provide updates and gather feedback Track KPIs, prepare reports, and help optimize campaign performance Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts Excellent verbal and written English communication A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines remotely Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus Comfortable using tools like Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
