Imoniyame Holdings ltdUghelli, Delta, NGJob Title : Assistant Storekeeper Location : Ughelli, Delta State Company : Imoniyame Holdings Limited Employment Type : Full-Time Experience Required : 3+ years We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Assistant Storekeeper to support the management of the operations of our store / inventory system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and safeguarding a variety of goods, materials, tools, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient stock control. Key Responsibilities : Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and stock. Maintain proper inventory records using stock control systems. Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Issue items based on requests or approved requisitions. Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory. Conduct periodic and annual stock-taking. Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with standard operating procedures and safety regulations. Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure timely supply of materials. Maintain accurate documentation for all store transactions. Prevent loss, damage, and theft by following proper storage protocols. Requirements : Proven experience (3+ years) as a Storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role. Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures. Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to lift and move stock items. Excellent communication and record-keeping skills. Bachelor Degree (additional certification in supply chain / logistics is a plus).
