Adekunle Ajayi and CompanyShiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu, Ogun, NGReports to : General Manager / Architect Role Summary : Measure and map land features to guide design and development Job Description : The Surveyor conducts land and property surveys to support construction, development, and legal processes at Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring accurate measurements and compliance with regulations. Key Duties : Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS and other tools. Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for projects. Verify land ownership and boundaries for property transactions. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project planning. Ensure surveys meet regulatory and industry standards. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for accuracy. Conduct field inspections and resolve boundary disputes as needed. Qualifications : HND or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of surveying experience. Proficiency in surveying software and equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS). Registration with the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) is an advantage. Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
