Founder, co-founder, or early-stage team experience in one or more businesses (strongly preferred). Demonstrated experience building or scaling tech products or digital platforms. Strong understanding of product development, market validation, and growth strategies. Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure. Job Description
Sproxil is seeking a Business Innovation Lead to identify, design, and execute new business opportunities that leverage Sproxil’s technology, data, and market presence. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who has built or scaled startups, drove innovation in the software or information technology business space, and is driven by purpose, impact, and growth.
The successful candidate will move fluidly between strategy and execution, turning ideas into pilots, pilots into products, and products into scalable business lines or impact initiatives.
