Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week)
What You’ll Do
Assist Population Healthcare Coordinators and leadership in implementation of Population Healthcare Programs (i.e. Anthem, Humana, UHC, Aetna, Optum) with focus on direct patient engagement, chart review and data submission, communication with physician office staff in coordinating care management.
Requirements
2 years preferred experience working in a medical setting.
Certification/registration as a Credentialed Medical Assistant within 60 days.
Current Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant.
Knowledge obtained through work experience that would be equal to knowledge obtained by formal education.
