Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform routine system maintenance and preventive checks
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
Assist users with technical issues and provide basic user training where required.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years' experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
Experience with enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions is an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in business environments.
Exposure to cloud-based solutions and enterprise applications is an advantage.
