Key Responsibilities

Undertake on-site visits to convince farmers to join the program

Coordinate with senior and lead agronomist during the contractual phase with farmers

On-boarding : Integrating farmers from the contract to the launch

Support the implementation of practices before and during the planting season

Qualifications / Requirements

Agronomist degree with a focus on Agriculture

2+ years in Agribusiness with first experience in implementation of regenerative practices

Proven experience in successfully converting farmers to regenerative agricultural practices

In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian agricultural landscape, main crops and regenerative practices applied

Language : Fluency in English & local languages is required (Hausa)
