JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical The Senior Strategy Manager, will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others :

• Assist clients in the articulation of their Strategic Intent, including clear Corporate Vision, Mission and Core Values
• Supporting the development and execution of clients’ medium and long-term organizational strategies.. Drive Extensive Business Development for the Strategy Advisory practice, across the company’s target sectorsLeadershipoProvide strategic support and enable the organization in achieving its vision and mission.oCreate staffing plans for short term, mid-term and long-term strategy projectsoDrive thought leadership that engenders research and development around evolving issues and solutions affecting Strategy Advisory.oManage a team responsible for designing strategy frameworks, standards and best practices guidelines.oManage project teams of consultants and analysts.Business DevelopmentoGenerate Advisory mandates across diverse sectors, including but not limited to Power, Telecommunications, Energy, Governments, Financial Services, etc.oContribute immeasurably to the business development process, including through the identification of new leads.oDevelop and sustain high-level business relationships with relevant stakeholders.OthersoDevelop and sustain partnerships with relevant professional and private networks.oTrack global industry benchmarks, and constantly scan industry opportunities and threats.oOther duties as assigned by the Head, Advisory.REQUIREMENTS Academic oAt least a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree in the business sciences from a top oA Master’s degree in any business or science-related discipline.oOther relevant certifications and membership of professional associations will be an added advantage.Work experienceoMinimum 8 years of experience in managing Strategy projects.oExperience with Risk Management Advisory will be an advantage. oA minimum of three (3) years’ experience at a leadership level.LeadershipoSolid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation.oTeam-building skills and ability to coach team members.OthersoExcellent and proven business development skillsoProven success in business development across sectors such as Energy, Power, Telecommunications and Financial servicesoSolid knowledge and a good grasp of socio-economic and development issues across the globe.oExcellent interpersonal skills oStrong problem-solving skillsoHigh level of initiative and creativity.oHigh energy levels and determination to achieve set objectives & goals.oAbility to network and build partnerships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.oCompetence in using standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is desirable.oStrong written and oral communication skills.oStrong work ethics with a high degree of passion and commitment.
