We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Officer with 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail / FMCG.
As an HR Officer you will be responsible for :
- Provide a full generalist HR support, administration and reporting.
- Effective recruitment, selection, and on-boarding
- Effective management of the performance management system
- Effective coordination of training and development within the business unit(s)
- Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
- Effective administration, data management and reporting
- Effective teamwork and self-management
