Financial Management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures. 5. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as market, credit, and operational risks. 6. Internal Controls : Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data. 7. Team Management : Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support. Requirements 1. Professional Qualification : ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. 2. Experience : Minimum 14+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 3. Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
