Job SummaryAs a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. You will be responsible for building business relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting our brand and products in your assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, distributors, and other partners to present products and promotions.Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activity.Prepare daily sales reports and submit field activity logs.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor inventory levels and assist in order placements.Qualifications and RequirementsMinimum of OND / NCE; Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (FMCG experience preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays.A valid driver's license and familiarity with local routes is an advantage.
