Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Deck Crew Rigger to support lifting and rigging operations on offshore platforms. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of heavy equipment and materials. Prepare, inspect, and operate rigging and lifting equipment for offshore operations. Assist crane operators by safely rigging loads for lifting and transportation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during lifting operations. Perform inspections on rigging equipment to ensure functionality and safety. Maintain and repair rigging gear and tools. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth lifting operations. Support cargo offload activities as required. Support isolation and de-isolation activities of production and utility equipment. Identify and report unusual conditions within the production facility. Education : High school Diploma or equivalent. Experience : Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in rigging, preferably offshore. Certifications : Offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET). Lifting Operations certification is an advantage.
