What You'll Do

Financial Operations Excellence

  • Oversee comprehensive financial and management accounting functions across the organization
  • Lead treasury operations, accounts payable processes, and cash management strategies
  • Manage credit and receivables functions to optimize working capital and cash flow
  • Ensure exceptional financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance at all times

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Drive realization of corporate strategy from a finance perspective
  • Perform complex financial analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Coordinate banking relationships and fund sourcing for critical company projects
  • Provide strategic insights through advanced financial modeling and forecasting
  • Team Development & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance team members
  • Foster collaborative relationships within and beyond the finance function
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and team capabilities
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Manage regulatory compliance and stakeholder communications
  • Partner directly with CFO on strategic financial initiatives

    Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years of post-certification professional experience in finance
  • Oil & gas industry experience essential for understanding sector complexities
  • Proven track record in financial operations management and team leadership
  • Strong strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and communication skills
  • What You Bring

  • First degree in Accounting or related disciplines from an accredited institution
  • ACA / ACCA / CFA qualification mandatory - we value professional excellence
  • Extensive IFRS knowledge for accurate financial reporting and compliance
  • SAP ERP experience required for systems integration and process optimization
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong Excel modeling capabilities
