Job descriptionMaintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle accounts payable / receivable and bank reconciliations Oversee monthly payroll scheduling and salary disbursement for all staff Ensure compliance with statutory payments and filings (FIRS, PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, etc.) Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements Support audits and liaise with external auditors Advise management on financial risks and opportunities Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) is an advantage Minimum of 24 years proven experience in a similar role Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books) and MS Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Integrity, discretion, and a detail-oriented mindset Competitive salary Opportunity for growth in a technology-driven organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Hands-on role with measurable impact on operations
