Marketing Executive

Job description :

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Officer to promote our travel and tour packages, strengthen brand visibility, and attract both local and international clients. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, sales growth, and brand loyalty within the travel and tourism industry.

Salary; 200-300k(based on target)

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tour packages, travel deals, and company services.

Create engaging content and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.

Build partnerships with hotels, airlines, influencers, and tourism boards to increase brand reach.

Conduct market research to identify new travel trends, target audiences, and opportunities.

Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is updated and optimized for SEO.

Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters.

Coordinate and represent the company at exhibitions, tourism fairs, and networking events.

Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) :

Experience in travel content creation (photos, videos, blogs).

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRM tools.

Familiarity with online booking platforms and travel trends.
