Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section to the highest standards. Supervise and support junior kitchen staff in your section. Ensure food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section. Ensure timely delivery of food during service hours. Requirements : Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a busy kitchen 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Passion for food quality and creativity in presentation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
