As a Sales and Marketing personnel you will be responsible for both driving sales and promoting our company's products and services.

your duties will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, building customer relationships,

and analyzing sales data to meet sales targets and improve performance.

Responsibilities

Creating and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, and identifying new opportunities.

Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.

Maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing ongoing support.

Tracking sales performance, analyzing trends, and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.

Working closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Coordinating and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and other activities to generate leads and drive sales.

Preparing and presenting sales and marketing performance reports, forecasting sales, and providing feedback to management.

Qualifications

B.sc in marketing or any other related field

3years as a sales and markerting personnel.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and experience in sales techniques.

Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales and marketing.

Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
