Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to customers. 4. IT Consulting : Offer expert IT advice and consulting services to customers. Sales and Business Development Responsibilities 1. New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 2. Sales Forecasting : Accurately forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement. 3. Competitor Analysis : Analyze competitors' products and strategies. 4.
