Job Responsibilities

In-Store Sales :

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and support to help them find the perfect bicycle or accessory.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer experience.

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system / ERP.

Achieve Sales targets (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)

Ensure product prices are on all bicycles at all times

Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed.

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Develop strategies to get referral from existing customers.

Ensure availability of products and proper merchandizing at the retail outlets

Ensure adequate stock of SKUs in all stores (with the right colors and sizes)

Field Sales Activities :

Conduct field sales activities in the vicinity of the showroom to attract new customers and increase foot traffic.

Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers to introduce Simba Planet and its product offerings.

Identify and approach local businesses, schools, and community organizations for potential sales opportunities.

Represent company in field sales and marketing events like activations, trade shows, events etc.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 10 years work experience.
