Job description
  • Drive the strategic direction of the business development team to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to grow the business.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with product offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to expand the client base and enhance profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Zeal Group remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
