What You'll Do
Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project management from bid compilation to successful delivery across CPS, WT, and Hydraulics operations
- Supervise preparation of competitive bids and proposals for major upstream projects
- Review tender documents and coordinate technical and commercial bid compilation
- Drive strategic project planning, analysis, and execution for field operations
Operations & Resource Management
Oversee assembly and deployment of critical resources including personnel, PPE, equipment, and consumablesEnsure timely mobilization and adequate resources for each field project teamManage equipment certification and compliance with industry standards for field operationsCoordinate subcontractor activities and facilitate high-level client meetingsTeam Development & Leadership
Lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve operational excellenceDevelop team capabilities through goal setting, performance management, and skills developmentEnsure timely performance appraisals and professional growth of team membersFoster innovation and cost-saving initiatives across project portfoliosQuality & Compliance Excellence

Who You Are
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in onshore / offshore upstream oil & gas operationsDemonstrated track record in complex project management and team leadershipDetail-oriented professional with meticulous approach to project executionStrong analytical mindset with passion for delivering exceptional resultsWhat You Bring
HND / BSc degree from a recognized institutionPMP certification highly advantageous for advanced project management expertiseExtensive knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and other project management toolsDeep understanding of upstream technical processes and industry standardsTechnical Expertise You'll Apply
