Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • HSE level 1-3 certificates
  • Food safety and hygiene certificate
  • Nebosh certificate would be an added advantage
  • Relationship with Federal Government agencies concerning industry
  • 5 - 10 years of industrial catering work experience
  • Previous work experience with a similar industry
  • Understanding menu and recipe interpretation
  • A catering certificate would be an added advantage
  • Good communication in the English language
  • Multitasking to achieve results within specified timelines
  • High level of organization and detail
  • Catering hygiene standards application.
