We are on an evolutionary journey where we're changing our story. We are looking to hire an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our diverse team in our Company.

This role you will be responsible for the planning of assets and material movement across different project sites and locations

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for :

  • Ensuring documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carriers, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.
  • Preparing budget for operations inclusive of logistics contingency plans.
  • Ensuring effective execution of logistic plans.
  • Managing logistics operations including material and personnel
  • Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, finance, PMTs and other substantive units.
  • Preparing reports on personnel and material movements and other operational logistics issues
  • Participating in technical survey missions for new projects and pre-deployment verification visits to sites / locations
  • Identifying, planning and managing special logistics operations.
  • Ensuring effective material / diesel usage and generate appropriate receipts
  • Guiding and coaching team members
  • Coordinating / attending toolbox and HSE meetings.
  • Performing any other duty as may be assigned by your supervisor

    • What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Inventory / Warehouse / Logistics Management for a  drilling contractor.
  • Bachelor / HND in a related field
  • Strong personal initiative and willingness to accept responsibilities
  • Excellent grasp of logistics operations and practices.
  • Organization and coordination skills
  • Teaming & Interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills Excel & MS Word
  • Communication skills
  • Stock taking and inventory management skills
  • Vendor Management skills
  • Client orientation
  • Good Knowledge of safety procedures
