You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management :

• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring seamless service between the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery.
