Technical Project Manager

Position Title : Technical Project Manager

Reports To : Job Summary :

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from  inception through completion. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors,  and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The  role entails managing project teams, and ensuring the technical and functional aspects of projects are  aligned with the projection. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent project  management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical  stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Coordination :

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior  management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of  projects.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field. A masters degree  or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) are a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven  track record of managing complex technical projects.
