Job Summary

The Practice Manager will serve as the operational anchor of the firm, ensuring alignment among people, processes, and performance. The role provides strategic oversight of HR, governance, and quality management systems to maintain pcl.’s culture of excellence and ensure our people and operations continue to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Compliance & Quality Management

• Establish and maintain firm-wide standards for compliance and delivery excellence.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure consistency across proposals, projects, and reviews.
• Monitor compliance metrics, lead internal audits, and manage consequence frameworks.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
