Personal Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support in a dynamic beauty and client-focused environment. This role involves assisting during client sessions, managing tools and communication, and supporting content creation and planning when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable in fast-paced, creative settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist during client sessions by supporting with products and setup
• Clean, organize, and maintain makeup kits and tools to ensure hygiene and readiness
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally during working hours
• Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos and photos during client sessions, when required
• Support with content planning, including developing or organizing content calendars as needed
• Help with errands or administrative tasks related to bookings or studio setup
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Provide additional support as required to ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Interest or experience in the beauty or creative industry is an advantage

Basic knowledge of content creation (photo / video capturing with a phone or camera)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented
