Key Responsibilities :

1) Strategic Leadership & Management :

Develop and implement a clear strategic vision aligning with the school's British-style curriculum.
Inspire and guide the senior leadership team and staff toward achieving exceptional educational outcomes.
Seamlessly integrate Lebanese cultural values within the educational framework.

2)Academic Excellence :

Ensure effective implementation of the British-style curriculum with high academic standards.

Lead curriculum innovation, modern teaching methodologies, and comprehensive staff training.

Supervise student progress, assessments, and uphold international examination standards.

3)Community & Stakeholder Engagement :

Serve as the primary liaison with parents, students, and the Lebanese community in Lagos.

Cultivate strong relationships with local and expatriate families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Build a school culture celebrating diversity, academic achievement, and personal development.

4) Operations & Administration :

Effectively manage the school budget, resources, and facilities.

Oversee safety, health, and safeguarding policies to maintain a secure environment.

Direct recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Lebanese nationality (essential for cultural alignment and community engagement).

Demonstrated leadership experience in a British-style school environment.

Strong understanding of British educational standards and curriculum frameworks.

Proven skills in strategic planning, academic leadership, and team management.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Commitment to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
