Position Title : LPG Sales and Marketing Officer
Reports to : COO
Work Location : Abuja
Purpose :
To drive sales and marketing activities for LPG products, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion in line with company targets. The officer will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the LPG industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales targets by developing new business opportunities in retail, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Plan and implement LPG marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide support to the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as HSE, Finance, and Admin for seamless operations.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments, ensuring alignment with credit terms.
- Support pricing strategy by evaluating competitor pricing and recommending adjustments.
- Educate customers and partners on LPG safety, handling, and storage procedures.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports and market feedback to management.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations in all marketing and sales activities.
- Participate in customer engagement events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and communication for internal and external audiences.
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements concerning LPG sales and distribution
