Job descriptionDevelop architectural designs, concepts, drawings, and specifications for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings using relevant design software. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, planning regulations, and industry standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs. Review and approve shop drawings, material selections, and construction methods. Manage design revisions and address technical issues during construction. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum of four (4) years of proven work experience as an Architect. Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (., AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools). Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural standards. Good understanding of local planning regulations and building codes. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
