Job Description
High-Value Engagement : Plan, curate, and lead daily discussions, polls, and Q&A sessions specifically tailored to the strategic interests, challenges, and opportunities facing CEOs and high-net-worth individuals (e.g., investment trends, market entry, executive leadership).
Networking & Facilitation : Proactively facilitate introductions, networking, and valuable connections between members, acting as a discreet and trusted broker of relationships.
Content Curation & Delivery : Curate exclusive, premium content (e.g., Utiva reports, expert summaries, webinars) and deliver it in a concise, accessible format appropriate for a time-conscious executive audience.
Conflict Resolution & Policy Enforcement : Maintain the highest level of professional decorum and confidentiality within the community, swiftly and discreetly addressing any policy breaches or disputes.
Growth & Optimization : Track key community metrics (e.g., active participation rates, referral frequency) and constantly implement improvements to maximize the community's perceived value and retention.
Requirements
Requirements :
Proven experience managing professional or executive online communities (WhatsApp experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A naturally smart, resourceful, and people-friendly personality.
Ability to interact confidently with executives and high-profile individuals.
Highly organized and proactive.
Must be ready to resume immediately .
