Job Summary :

A popular café in Wuse 2, Abuja is seeking 2 experienced and enthusiastic Baristas with 4–6 years of professional experience to deliver exceptional coffee and customer experiences. The ideal candidates will have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to high standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and coffee-making equipment.

Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with patrons.

Monitor inventory and report stock levels to management.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Assist in training new staff and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Support café promotions and special events as needed.

Experiment with and create new coffee drinks and recipes to enhance the menu.

Maintain consistency in beverage quality across all shifts.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately during customer service.

Requirements :

4–6 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for coffee and delivering a great customer experience.

Ability to train and mentor junior staff in coffee preparation and customer service.

Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and beverage quality.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
