Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Medical Officer to oversee clinical operations and manage a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership and coordination skills to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery. Provide quality medical care to patients in line with clinical guidelines Supervise and manage a team of doctors, nurses, and support staff Coordinate daily clinical activities and duty rosters Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and hospital policies Review case management and provide clinical guidance where necessary Liaise with management on clinical performance and operational issues Participate in audits, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives Ensure proper documentation and reporting. MBBS from a recognized institution Fully registered with MDCN with a valid practicing license Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.
