Clinix Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting our healthcare services, diagnostic packages, and wellness programs to individuals, corporate clients, and partner organizations. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong sales skills and a passion for contributing to better health outcomes in the community.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients including corporate organizations, schools, churches, estates, and individuals for our healthcare services and diagnostic offerings.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and health talks to showcase our laboratory, medical, and preventive care services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales targets and ensure repeat business.
Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, close sales, and process orders accurately and promptly.
Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports, track client feedback, and provide insights to improve service offerings.
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Stay updated on healthcare trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the Isolo area.
Requirements & Skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or related field.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in engaging with diverse clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools is a plus).
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
Qualifications
OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Health-related disciplines preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of sales or marketing experience.
Previous experience in healthcare sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
