Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and experience in administration and auditing. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records while supporting management and compliance processes.Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and office coordination.Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) for documentation, reporting, communication, and data management.Maintain accurate administrative and financial records in line with organizational policies and audit requirements.Prepare routine reports, summaries, and documentation for management review.Support internal and external audit processes by organizing records, responding to audit requests, and implementing recommendations.Ensure compliance with administrative procedures, confidentiality standards, and internal controls.Qualifications
Higher National Diploma (HND / BSC) in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365Strong organizational and record-keeping skillsBasic knowledge of auditing and administrative controlsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesAdditional Requirements
Must be hardworking, reliable, and professionalMust reside in Akure, Ondo State. Preferably close to Ijapo Estate.
