Job Summary

We are seeking an efficient Facility Officer will beresponsible for ensuring that factory buildings, equipment, utilities, and work environments are well maintained, safe, and functional to support smooth furniture production operations.
The role focuses on maintenance coordination, safety, and efficient use of facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of factory buildings, offices, and production areas.

Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as power supply, water systems, generators, compressors, and lighting.

Coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and servicing of factory equipment and facilities.

Monitor cleanliness, waste management, and general factory housekeeping.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.

Supervise external vendors, technicians, and service providers.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and facility-related expenses.

Identify facility risks and report safety hazards for prompt resolution.

Support emergency preparedness and respond to facility-related incidents.

Ensure efficient use of company assets and prevent damage or misuse.

Qualifications & Requirements

HND / Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance.

Familiarity with factory safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
